課程概述

本課程介紹醫療政策與全民健保之國際發展，討論當前重要的醫療政策議題，及評估健康政策實施之影響。
This course provides an overview of international development of health policy and universal health coverage, discussion of important current health policy issues, and evaluation of the impact of the implementation of health policies. 

課程目標
 在本課程結束後，學生將能夠：
1.了解全民健保的概念。
2.比較國際與國內醫療服務的財源籌措及提供之模式。
3.分析醫療政策的重要議題。
4.能確認台灣健康照護體系的主要議題與因子。(MS-A)
At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Understand the concept of universal health coverage.
2. Compare international vs. domestic financing and delivery models of healthcare services.
3. Analyze the important issues of health policy.
4. Identify the main components and key issues of health systems in Taiwan. (MS-A)
